Floreciendo: Sexual & Reproductive Health Workshop
Dates: Saturday, May 31st & Saturday, June 7th, 2025

🌸 Floreciendo: A Workshop for Latina Teens & Female Caregivers
Are you a mother or female caregiver of a Latina teen (14–18 years old)?
You're invited to join Floreciendo, a sexual and reproductive health workshop designed for Latina teens and their mothers or female caregivers.
Participants will be randomly assigned to one of 8 workshops.
Workshops range from approximately 4 hours (1 day) to 11 hours (2 days).
You’ll complete a short questionnaire before and after the workshop with personal, sensitive questions.
You may also be invited to a recorded focus group.
Participants can earn $95–$175, plus $35 if selected for a focus group.

Art Workshop in collaboration with Avondale Neighborhood Association
Details: Join us for a mindful art activity dedicated to reflection, intention, and self-expression choosing a Word of importance to you. Artist and Instructor, Laura Harper, will walk you through the process as we enjoy creative exploration in community. Snacks provided.
